Infosys announces incorporation of proposed subsidiary in Netherlands

The Board of Infosys BPM UK, a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Infosys and a wholly owned subsidiary of Infosys BPM has approved to incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary in the name and style of Infosys BPM Netherlands B.V (or by any other name as available in the commercial register) in the Netherlands.
