6 persons, including 4 TMC workers, die in accident

Purba Medinipur (West Bengal), Jun 27 (ANI): At least six people, including four Trinamool Congress (TMC) workers died in a road accident on Wednesday. The passengers were traveling in a Bolero car from Kandi to Digha, when it collided with a Digha-Howrah route bus. Five people died on the spot whereas one died in the hospital. The accident happened in the jurisdiction of West Bengal's Purba Medinipur district police station. Further investigation is underway.
