COVID-19: 13 people who attended Delhi Jamaat event quarantined in Moradabad

Moradabad (Uttar Pradesh), Apr 01 (ANI): Moradabad Police identified 13 persons on April 01 who had attended a Tablighi Jamaat gathering at Markaz Nizamuddin in Delhi. They were picked from a mosque in Barwalan area of Moradabad and were then quarantined. This came after several people who had participated in the religious gathering in Delhi tested positive for the coronavirus. According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the total number of COVID-19 active cases rose to 1649 in India and 41 deaths.
