Women students of IIM-Nagpur comprised 46 per cent of the total 267 MBA graduates from the 2023-25 batch, marking a three per cent increase compared to the previous batch. In the 2022-24 cohort, nearly 43 per cent of regular MBA graduates were women, according to officials from the Indian Institute of Management-Nagpur (IIM-N). The institute recorded 100 per cent placements for the current batch, with leading companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, BNP Paribas, and Vedanta participating in recruitment. Notably, three students received record-breaking offers, and four secured international placements. The highest salary offers stood at Rs 69.57 LPA for final placements and Rs 2.70 lakh for summer internships, while the average packages were Rs 18.07 LPA and Rs 89,856, respectively. The Indian School of Business (ISB) was ranked number one in India and 44 globally in the top 100 Financial Times (FT) Executive MBA 2022 ranking. After ISB, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM-B) figured in the FT list at 67th position globally. Alumni from the Post Graduate Programme in Management for Senior Executives (PGPMAX) class of 2019 have been surveyed for this year's ranking and ISB has significantly ranked higher in various parameters of this year's rankings than the previous year, the premier B-School said in a statement. Indian Institute of Management-Bangalore has been declared India's best business school in the Financial Times (FT) Masters in Management (MiM) Ranking 2022, announced on Monday, the premier institution said. The institute's global position has also seen a leap this year - IIMB is at number 31 globally in 2022, up from number 47 in 2021, it said in a statement. "IIMB's leadership position in these rankings play a part in raising the visibility and reputation of the school," said IIMB Director Professor Rishikesha T Krishnan. The IIM's two-year full-time Post Graduate Programme in Management, leading to an MBA, has topped the FT MiM Ranking in India this year, the statement said. It has being ranked the highest on parameters such as value for money, women on the institute's board, faculty with doctorates, international course experience, and weighted salary in US dollars, the statement further said.
