DCB Bank Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/01/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025.Please take note of the above in compliance with Regulation 29 and other applicable Regulation of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
