Intimation of Credit Rating under Regulation 30 read along with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015.

Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and the Companys Code of Conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders we would like to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of Metal Coatings (India) Limited (the Company) will be closed for all designated persons & their immediate relatives with effect from Thursday 01st January 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2025.

Please find enclosed herewith the copies of Newspaper Advertisement published in the columns of English Daily Financial Express and Hindi Daily Jansatta on Wednesday 10th December 2025 regarding the opening of Special Window for Re-lodgement of the transfer request of physical shares.

With reference to the above captioned subject we wish to inform you that Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held today i.e. December 2 2025 has considered and approved the appointment of Mrs. Shimpy Goyal as the Nodal Officer of the company pursuant to IEPF rules. Further the Board of Directors of the company has also authorised Mrs. Shimpy Goyal as the Key Managerial Personnel who is also responsible for determining material events or information and making disclosures to the stock exchange as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
