POCL Enterprises Announcement

In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and pursuant to SEBI Master Circular dated May 7 2024 and circular dated June 10 2024 the Company has intimated to the shareholders holding shares in physical mode about their incomplete PAN and KYC details to claim their dividend amount.

The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives from December 31 2025 (Closing hours) till 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025.

The exchange has sought clarification from POCL Enterprises Limited on December 26 2025 with reference to significant movement in price. The clarification in this regard is enclosed.
