We enclose herewith a press release regarding launching of Exclusive Retail Outlet in Alappuzha which will be Companys twelfth store in India.

TVS Srichakra Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 and all other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 this is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday the 12th February 2026 to consider approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.

We enclose herewith a press release regarding launching of Exclusive Retail Outlet in New Delhi which will be Companys eleventh signature store in India.

We enclosed report dated 14th January 2026 received from the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company i.e. M/s Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited Chennai on re-lodement of transfer requests of physical shares the period of July 07 2025 to January 06 2026.
