We enclosed report dated 14th January 2026 received from the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company i.e. M/s Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited Chennai on re-lodement of transfer requests of physical shares the period of July 07 2025 to January 06 2026.

We enclosed a copy of the certifcate dated 1st January 2026 received from M/s. Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.
