Further to our letter dated July 31 2025 regarding the re-classification of promoters we wish to inform you that the Company has submitted applications on August 5 2025 to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited for obtaining their No Objection/approval for the proposed re-classification of ICICI Strategic Investment Fund which is part of the Promoter Group to Public category.The said re-classification is subject to the receipt of requisite permissions sanctions and approvals as may be applicable.Kindly take the same on record.
