Aarnav Fashions Announcement

This is an intimation to the Stock Exchange and the members under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) regarding the proposed Expansion cum Modernisation Project (Including Captive Power Generation Plant).It is hereby informed that the Company has recently been sanctioned new Term Loan facility of Rs.17.25 crore by its bankers for the implementation of next phase of Expansion cum Modernisation programme having total project cost of Rs.24.00 crore. This included the installation of Captive power Generation Plant which will result into the major saving in the Energy Cost.This plan consists replacement of old machineries with the newer and advance technology machineries and also install new machineries for increase in the production capacity.

In terms of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in compliance with the terms of code of Conduct the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st January 2025 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results of the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024 to the Public.
