Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that Arhat Touch Private Limited (Promoter) has released the encumbrance on 870175 (Eight Lakh Seventy Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Five) equity shares constituting 6.69% of the total share capital of Aayush Art and Bullion Limited (Target Company). Accordingly the said shares are no longer subject to any encumbrance.
