Outcome of Analysts/Institutional Investor Meeting under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 held on 02nd February 2026.

Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015- Analysts/Institutional Investors Meeting will be held on 2nd February 2026 at 4:00 p.m.

We hereby inform the Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting No. 4/2025-26 held on Monday 12th January 2026 inter alia other businesses has transacted the following main business:1.Considered operational alignment opportunities including tolling structures between Aelea Green Energy Limited (WOS) and Aelea Commodities Limited.2.Reviewed and discussed the Companys short- and long-term capital planning including equity infusion into wholly owned subsidiaries and deployment of funds for investments.

Certificate under Reg. 74(5) of SEBI (DP) regulation 2018.
