Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Yearly ended on 30th September 2025 pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) (d) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 along with the Limited Review Report thereon issued by statutory auditor of the Company. and;2. Taken on record Limited Review Report on Quarter Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Yearly ended on 30th September 2025.The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 05:30 P.M. and concluded at 06:15 P.M.This is for your information and record
