Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading of securities of the Company the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) with effect from 1st January 2026 Thursday till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 are made available.
