Proceedings of Postal Ballot is enclosed

AMJ Land Holdings Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Reports for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December 2025.Further to inform you that in compliance with provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in terms of Insider Trading Policy of the Company the Trading Window for dealing in the securities shall remain closed for all the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from 01st January 2026 upto 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company i.e. 05th February 2026 (both days inclusive) for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December 2025.

Corrigendum to the Notice of Postal Ballot dated 30th December 2025 of AMJ Land Holdings Limited dispatched to its members on 31st December 2025 is enclosed.
