Ashika Credit Announcement

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A Part A Schedule III along with Regulations 44 and 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed herewith copies of Newspaper Advertisement published by the Ashika Credit Capital Limited today i.e Tuesday 19th November 2024 in Financial Express (English) (All India Edition) and Arthik Lipi (Bengali) (Kolkata Edition) in relation to completion of dispatch of Notice convening the (03/2024-2025) Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to the members of the Company.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A Para A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed herewith Notice convening the (03/2024-2025) Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of Ashika credit Capital Limited scheduled to be held on Thursday 12th December 2024 at 11:30 A.M. IST onwards through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means.

In continuation to our letter dated 12th November 2024 with regards to the outcome of Board meeting and approval of un-audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024 please find enclosed the copy of advertisement published today i.e. Thursday 14th November 2024 in English and Regional Newspaper (Bengali).

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 please find enclosed herewith the communication received from Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (M/s Maheshwari Datamatics Pvt. Ltd.) of the Company providing Intimation received from shareholder regarding loss of Share Certificate(s).

The Preferential issue Committee of Ashika Credit Capital Limited (the Company) at its Meeting held today i.e. 09.11.2024 considered and approved the allotment of Equity Shares on conversion of 2500000 Equity Convertible Warrants into 2500000 Equity Shares at an Issue price of Rs. 118/- (including premium of Rs. 108/-) to Promoter and Non-Promoter Category on preferential basis upon receipt of amount aggregating to Rs. 221250000 (being 75% of the Issue Price per warrant) at a rate of Rs. 118/- per warrant from the Allottees pursuant to the exercise of their rights of conversion into Equity Shares in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2018.
