AVANTEL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/07/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday July 13 2023 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended June 30 2023. Further in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Company has intimated its designated persons and other insiders regarding the closure of the Trading Window. Accordingly the trading window is closed from June 30 2023 till the expiry of Forty-Eight (48) hours from the date of the said financial results are made public.
