Tuesday July 15 2025 has approved appointment of M/s. Mukesh Agarwal & Co. a peer reviewed Practicing Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive Financial Years (FY) commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30 subject to the approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting(AGM).
