Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchage Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has received order(s) from the Office of the Superintendent (Adjudication - II) CGST and Central Excise Indore Madhya Pradesh imposing penalty on the Company. The above mentioned orders are related to GST on input tax credit availed pertaining to the Financial Year 2018-19 and 2019-20. The details as required under SEBI LODR 2015 are enclosed herewith.
