This is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of BCL Enterprises Limited (the Company) held today i.e. Saturday 31st January 2026 considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the company including Limited Review Report issued by the statutory auditor for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025.
