Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of The Meeting Of The Board Of Directors Held On January 31 2026 First And Final Call On Partly Paid Equity Shares

Dear Sir / MadamPursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of California Software Company Limited at its meeting held today i.e. Saturday January 31 2026 inter alia considered and approved the following:The Board approved the First and Final Call of ?7.50 (Rupees Seven and Paise Fifty only) per partly paid-up equity share on the outstanding partly paid-up equity shares issued pursuant to the Rights Issue of the Company. The Record Date for determining the eligible holders of partly paid-up equity shares for the said First and Final Call has been fixed as Thursday February 05 2026.The First and Final Call shall be payable on or before Friday February 27 2026 in the manner specified in the First and Final Call Notice to be dispatched to the eligible shareholders.The meeting of the Board commenced at 01.30 P.M. and completed at 03.00 P.M.
