Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 we hereby submit the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results along with limited review report for the half year ended 30th September 2024

In compliance with Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Thursday 14th November 2024 has inter alia considered & approved the following items of agenda;1.
