Carraro India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Carraro India Limited has informed the Exchange that its Board of Directors at its meeting scheduled on Tuesday 27th May 2025 inter-alia shall also discuss and consider the proposal to recommend a final dividend if any on the equity shares of the Company for financial year ended 31st March 2025 for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
