Century Plyboards (India) Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at the Registered Office of the Company at P-15/1 Taratala Road Kolkata- 700 088 on Wednesday 4th February 2026 at 12:30 P.M. to inter alia consider the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.Further pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed with effect from 1st January 2026 and will be reopened on 6th February 2026 i.e. after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on 4th February 2026.
