KSIDC has withdrawn the nomination of their current Nominee Director Shri. Hari Krishnan R IRTS Executive Director (DIN:10762540) resulting in vacation of his office as a Director from our Board. KSIDC has nominated Shri. Rajesh Jacob Dy. General Manager & CCO (DIN:06443594) as their new Nominee Director on the Board of our company. The above changes will be placed for consideration in the forthcoming Board meeting and the necessary actions will be carried out in compliance with the applicable provisions of Companies Act 2013 and SEBI Regulations.
