Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015) we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Wednesday the 28th January 2026 have approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 and setting up a new plant/unit/factory at Ludhiana Punjab.
