This has reference to the in-principle approval letter dated 28th May 2024 received by the Company pertaining to the allotment of 40000000 warrants to Mr Asif Khader Promoter- Director of the Company and the subsequent allotment of warrants to the Promoter - Director in the Board Meeting conducted on 11th June 2024.In this regard the Company wishes to inform you that the Company at its Board meeting scheduled today noted the receipt of the balance exercise payment and approved the conversion of the warrants into equity shares.The Company wishes to inform you that the Company shall proceed with the listing application with applicable fees if any in terms of Regulation 14 of the LODR Regulations and comply with the post issue formalities.
