In reference to Regulation 23 (9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 wherein a Company is required to submit to the stock exchange a disclosure of related party transactions on a standalone basis for the half year ended September 30 2025. In this context the Company is availing exemption of providing such information under Regulation 15(2) of the said regulation as the Paid-up capital of the Company and Net worth of the Company as on March 31 2025 is Rs. 44282070/- and Rs. 55966000/- respectively and which is within the prescribed limit.The Company also undertakes that whenever this regulation becomes applicable to our company at a later date the company will comply with the requirements of the above regulations within six months from the date on which the provision becomes applicable to the company.
