Pursuant to Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 Schedule III Part-A (4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and other applicable provisions and further to our letter dated January 28 2026 intimating the date of the 204th Board Meeting we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today (i.e. February 05 2026) has inter alia transacted the following business:1. Approval of Unaudited Financial ResultsThe Board approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31 2025. In this regard please find enclosed: Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31 2025 and Limited Review issued by M/s. Selvam & Suku Chartered Accountants Statutory Auditors of our Company.
