We the undersigned hereby certify that our company having paid up equity share not exceeding rupees Ten crore and net worth not exceeding rupees Twenty five crore as on the last day of the financial year ended 31st March 2025. Therefore we hereby claim exemption under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and consequently Regulation 24(A) of SEBI Regulation 2018 shall not be applicable to us.
