As per the companys code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated person framed pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulation 2015 the Trading Window for the purpose of transaction in the Companys Shares will remain closed with effect from 1st January 2026 to 12th February 2026 (both days inclusive) i.e. 48 hrs after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ending 31st December 2025.Accordingly all the designated employees (including Directors) of the company have been intimated not to trade in the companys shares during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window.
