Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain close from Tuesday September 16 2025 to Friday September 26 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 47th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Friday September 26 2025 and also for determining the names of the shareholders to whom the dividend which if declared at the Annual General Meeting will be payable.
