Hariyana Ship Announcement

HARIYANA SHIP BREAKERS LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve The Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31 2024 along with the Limited Review Report thereon.

Enclosed herewith the Certificate dated January 7 2025 issued by Registrar and Share Transfer Agent confirming compliance under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended December 31 2024.

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with code of conduct for Trading in Listed or proposed to be Listed Securities of the Company the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons with effect from Wednesday January 01 2025. The trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Companys Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31 2024 becomes generally available.

Disclosure in terms of provision of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015.

Enclosed herewith Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Result for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2024 along with the Limited Review Report thereon.
