HB Stockholdings Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025.

Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 we are enclosing certificate issued by RCMC Share Registry Private Limited RTA of the company confirming the compliance for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025

Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of HB Stockholdings Limited shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 01st January 2026 untill 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the company for the third quarter and nine months ending on 31st December 2025.
