We write with reference to our earlier intimation dated March 20 2025 wherein we had informed about the decision of the Board of Directors to make a strategic investment of upto Rs. 525 crore (in one or more tranches) in Euler Motors Private Limited. In this regard we wish to inform you that Hero MotoCorp has completed the acquisition of 10 numbers of equity shares and 665914 numbers of Series D Cumulative Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares collectively representing 34.10% (on a fully diluted basis) for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 510 crore. Please refer to the the intimation made by the Company in this regard.
