Approval of the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025: In terms of Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations and pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company we are enclosing herewith a copy of the following as Annexure 1: a. Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 alongwith Limited Review Report.2. Approval for the purchase of land property.
