Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform that the Company has made investments aggregating Rs. 2507546600/- by subscribing 808886 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 3100/- per equity shares inclusive of premium of Rs. 3090/- per equity shares by way of subscribing to the right issue of Insolation Green Energy Private Limited the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
