Insolation Energy Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve We wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday 26th May 2025 inter-alia:a) to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the half year and year ended 31st March 2025 andb) to consider and declare/recommend the dividend to the shareholders of the Company if any on the equity shares of the CompanyIn continuation to our letter dated 27th March 2025 regarding the closure of Trading Window from 1st April 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of the audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Half Year and year ended 31st March 2025 we wish to inform you that the Trading Window shall remain closed till 28th May 2025 (both inclusive days) for all the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives.
