Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we thrilled to announce that Insolation Green Energy Private limited a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Insolation Energy Limited sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Bondada Engineering Limited for supply of Modules under ALMM-1 and ALMM-II (Make in India Solar Cell and Solar Module) for the Calendar years start from January 2027 to December 2028.
