Initial public offer of up to 35,35,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of archee group contracts limited (the Company) for cash at a price of Rs. [*] crores (the Offer), comprising a fresh issue of up to 32,05,200 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. [*] crores by the company (Fresh Issue) and an offer for sale of up to 3,30,000 equity shares (Offer for Sale) aggregating up to Rs. [*] crores by ms. Monika Dhaka, (Promoter Selling Shareholder).
