Initial public offering of up to 16,800,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each (Equity Shares) of Srit India Limited (Company or Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 130 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 125 per equity share) (Issue Price) aggregating up to Rs. 218.4 Crores (Issue) comprising a fresh issue of up to 16,800,000 equity shares by the company aggregating up to Rs. 218.4 Crores (Fresh Issue). The issue shall constitute 26.14% of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company.Price Band: Rs. 130 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5 each.The floor price is 26.00 times the face value of the equity shares.Bids can made for a minimum of 115 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each and in multiples of 115 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each thereafter.

Objective of issue

Funding of capital expenditure requirements towards modernization of existing products and redevelopment. Funding working capital requirements of the Company. General corporate purposes.
