Acquisition Of Further Equity Shares Of ACRO Paints Ltd By JK Maxx Paints Ltd

JK Maxx Paints Ltd WOS of the Company has at its third trenche invested invested Rs.53.31 Cr. towards balance 20% Equity share of ACRO Paints Ltd. Consequent of present acquisition JK Maxx has acquired 100 % equity shares of ACRO Paints and accordingly ACRO Paints become wholly owned subsidiary of JK Maxx Pants Ltd.
