In accordance with Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (DP) regulation 2018 for the quarter ended 31.12.2025 enclosed certificate received from RTA we hereby confirm the securities received for dematerialization have listed on stock exchange and said certificates have been mutilated and cancelled and name of the Depository has been substituted in our record as the Registered Owner.
