JSW Energy Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/01/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations please note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday 23rd January 2026 to inter-alia consider the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for thequarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.In view of the above the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company that was closed for all Designated Persons from 1st January 2026 shall open on Monday26th January 2026.
