Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of The Meeting Of The Board Of Directors Pursuant To Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015

We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company met on Friday 21st November 2025. The outcome of the meeting is as below : The proposal of allotment of 1347000 warrants convertible into equity shares has been deferred. The Board was informed that Preferential Allotment of 6% Non-convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares to the tune of Rs.10 crore would be allotted in due course of time.
