Dear Sir/MadamIn terms of Regulation 30 read with part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that in their meeting held today i.e. 04th February 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved the following:1. Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report as submitted by the statutory auditor of the Company for the Third Quarter and Nine Months Ended 31st December 2025.
