KRN Heat Exchanger And Refrigeration Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to the Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we write to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors has been scheduled to be held on Friday 6th February 2026 to inter alia consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025.Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window Closure Period will end 48 hours after the results are made public on 6th February 2026.
