As per Regulation 30 of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to intimate that the construction of 40770 Sq.Ft. Warehouse Building at the Companys Warehousing Rental Services Division at Plot No.39 & 44 SIPCOT Industrial Complex Hosur has been completed and leased out to one of our existing corporate lease holders. The Lease Agreement has been executed and signed on 3rd June 2025 with the lease rent commencing from 1st July 2025.
