In terms of the provisions of SEBI(LODR) Regulation 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 01st January 2026 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025.
