Sir/Madam<BR> <BR> With reference to the above captioned subject please note that our office was shut under lockdown order of the Central & State Governments due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are facing an unprecedented situation. Cities are under complete/partial lockdown. Offices are opened sporadically with poor attendance. <BR> <BR> Our Auditor M/s. L.N. Mallik & Co. are based in New Delhi and they are unable to send Audit clerks to do the job. Therefore it is nearly impossible to complete the audit of the accounts for F.Y 2019-20 unless there is some respite.<BR> Additionally the company is undergoing CIRP which is now being managed by the resolution professional. The matter now rests with NCLAT for final hearing on 18-08-2020.<BR> <BR> In view of the above exigent circumstances you are requested to take into account the above facts and grant a suitable extension for filing the audited accounts for the F.Y 2019-20.<BR>

This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated Persons the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is being closed for all Directors Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives on and from 1st July 2020 and would re-open after expiry of 48 hours from the declaration/<BR> announcement of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2020 by the Board of Directors of the Company.<BR> <BR> The date of Board Meeting for considering the said financial results for the quarter ended 30th june 2020 shall be intimated in due course.<BR>
